"Stewart Levine is one of the top conflict resolution experts of our time. He lives as a resolutionary and teaches how to approach conflict holistically from the inside out, rather than from outside in. Stewart's book, Getting to Resolution: Turning Conflict into Collaboration is one of my go to references when I need a reminder of what it takes to live as a resolutionary. Stewart's Conflict Resolution Course, based on this book, is a must for anyone looking to learn how to transform even the most challenging conflicts into opportunities for collaboration and growth. I highly recommend Stewart's work to anyone looking to transform how they deal with inner and outer conflicts."

Hello,

I am Stewart Levine.

I am the author of Getting to Resolution, The Book of Agreement and Collaboration 2.0, three books about improving personal and organizational relationships and productivity by turning conflict into collaboration, forming agreements for results, and creating the future that you consciosly intend.

For over 35 years, I’ve been working with people in conflict, in all types of situations. From feuding partners to disgruntled employees, frustrated consumers to divorcing couples, divided teams to struggling salespeople — I’ve been right there in the thick of it, helping to resolve impossible situations, and saving thousands of relationships and millions of dollars. It’s been my life’s work and personal mission.

Over that 35 years, I’ve discovered exactly what works, and what doesn’t work when it comes to resolving and preventing conflict.

These same principles, and the psychology behind them, can work for you too. I know, because they’ve worked for me, and thousands of people just like you.

My work is based on four simple premises:

• Conflict is expensive.

• Efficient, effective conflict resolution requires a new paradigm of collaboration grounded on the ten principles of a new way of thinking.

• Efficient conflict resolution requires using a new systematic approach; a model that is applied consistently and reinforces new paradigm thinking through routine use.

• Resolving conflict using the model returns you to productive lives and functional relationships.

In this program “ResolutionWorks Online” you will get a chance to learn about my model – how to apply it, and most importantly, how to enjoy both professional and personal relationships at a whole new level of success and satisfaction.

With resolve,

Stewart

Conflicts we can help you with.

Personal Conflict &

Collaboration

Conflict is a killer.

It can trash our hopes, dreams, and expectations for the future. We pay the price in rage, anxiety, and uncertainly about the future.

We suffer stress-related illnesses and diseases like hypertension, insomnia, obesity, and lost relationships. Whether it's a marriage, friendship, or family conflict this program will get you back on track.

It may not happen in a day or a week but the program will provide the tools and mindset that will enable you to get beyond what was broken and in the short run back to a place of functionality. In the long run, you will have the tools essential to building long-term collaborations even in the most tricky and challenging circumstances.

Business Conflict &

Collaboration

Most people don't realize the real costs associated with conflict if you are part of a business organization, or a non-profit, paying attention to the use of resources is essential.

It's common knowledge that the most important resource of any organization is the people who keep it running. To optimize the use of that resource human alignment is essential.

When individuals, teams, or departments are stuck in internal or external conflict they are the opposite of being in Alignment, the source of high performance.

Whether you are a leader, manager, or resource person these programs will give you the awareness, tools, and skills needed to prevent much of the costly conflict that is typical in organizations. If you’re in a place of a painful breakdown you will get what you need to get back to a place of resolution, alignment, and high performance.

In the short run, you will be able to get beyond the conflict. In the long run, you will be able to build the organizational culture essential for the results you want.

Social and Political

Conflict

Any newspaper will reveal the social, racial, and political unrest in both the US and all over the world.

Differences abound and have been the cause of fractured families, loss of friends, and a breakdown of the social fabric holding communities together.

It’s much easier to demonize the other, make them wrong, blame them for the social ills that interrupt the fabric of the lives we would like to have unfortunately broadcast and social media can make the polarization worse.

This program will not make the differences go away. I can’t promise Kumbaya, but I can provide tools, skills, and a mindset that will enable you to engage in conversations in a curious way so you can understand, agree to disagree, and preserve relationships and friendships that are important.

Stewart Levine has developed a model for conflict resolution that could revolutionize the manner in which we speak, communicate, and settle our disagreements. Mr. Levine is an attorney who has witnessed first hand the litigious system. He is suggesting that for the majority of issues that confront us in our daily lives there is an alternative, a less costly, and a more efficient methodology in which to achieve our goals. As someone who has spent the better part of the past twenty years attempting to assist people in settling conflicts, I can attest to the value of Mr. Levine’s methodology.

Dan Corsello
DIRECTOR, NAPA COUNTRY HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES
You resolve issues that stifle productivity and create partnership where everyone thought it was impossible. Gail Johnson, Sierra Adoption Services I am using your model in many business situations for teaming, managing client relationships and negotiating large sales and contracts.

Stewart, it has been invaluable to have worked with you and learned the agreement process. It is a great foundation for both business and personal relationships. It guide you to a clear vision of where you are going and helps answer the question of whether, and how far you can trust the people you want to work with. Expressing fears and concerns before moving forward is especially useful. Resolving concerns provides a peaceful place to start from that is very empowering. The process will be a powerful tool to create from for the rest of my life. I am very grateful.

Rebecca Hubbell
Everybody was very pleased with the program and the way it was presented. We as a team saw an application of a theory that applied to our real world. Conflict resolution was a dear subject to all not only in our work place but also in our real personal lives. Having a dear subject makes it more attractive to bond and make people connect easier and throughout the meeting. People were very comfortable with you as a person, your soft mannerism and your being acceptable to them was an easy sell.

Most of us have had to live with a really nasty, difficult interpersonal relationship, whether the other person was our boss, a colleague, or significant other or offspring. If you are willing to invest the effort to understand the model of conflict and the model of resolution articulated by Levine, then you’ll be allowing yourself to experience the relief and satisfaction of ‘win-win’ relationships throughout your life.

Michael Lanier
Former CIO, Charles Schwab and DHL
Thanks so much for the work you did with our group at IVC where we were able to articulate the many issues at play as we plan our future. I believe that your resolutionary process steps are clear, simple and powerful. That process combined with your excellent facilitation was just exactly what we needed to help launch our transformation process!

Nanda Schorske

A visionary is someone who thinks. A Resolutionary is someone that thinks and implements a plan to make positive change. The world can only be changed and improved when people take the time and energy to make things happen. You are making a difference.

Mitch Markota

You were able to lead a roomful of legal know-it-alls to a foolproof technique for avoiding the unnecessary communication problems that get in the way of achieving mutually satisfying resolutions of conflict. In just a few hours, you showed us how to reacquire the lost art of LISTENING. I am getting along better at the office, at home, and at the courthouse.

It’s always a treat to watch, listen, and learn from a master. There is a definite buzz for More! from our participants.

UNIV. OF SAN FRANCISCO,
OFFICE OF PERSONNEL SERVICES.
In the workforce I found that the agreement model transcends all lines of management and can be incorporated in relationships with direct reports, colleagues, and senior management. I have seen my direct reports become empowered as they are enabled to have individual input and share in the credit of the results; my management benefits because the entire team is in agreement and harmony as to how to achieve the end results. Now, when original agreements are broken or simply cannot be met, we have learned to use this tool to implement new or revised agreements. This has allowed what could have been negative situations to become positive and productive experiences.

JAN GOULD
DIR., MEMBERSHIP, VISA
Getting to Resolution is an important book for the hectic time we live in. It is a reminder that civilization rests on our ability to communicate with each other, and resolve differences in a peaceful way. This is true for individuals, organizations, and nations. We cannot afford to file lawsuits or start wars when good communication will get us to the other side of our differences.

LORD GRAHAM OF EDMONTON

"By contrasting the win/lose with a win/win paradigm Levine focuses on a number one problem-namely, how we solve problems. The mind-set, skill set, and the content are beautifully interwoven..."
